Towson Volleyball Camp
Location: Dumbarton Middle School
Dates: July 23-27, 2:00-5:00pm
Girls ages 8-14
Cost: $125 per camper
Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt.

Camp Overview:

The Towson Volleyball Camp is a great introduction to the sport of volleyball. It is geared toward female athletes ages 8-14 who are interested in learning and/or improving their basic skills. It will focus on basic, fundamental skills, including serving, passing, setting, and hitting, as well as team competition. Emphasis will also be placed on positive attitude, sportsmanship, teamwork, and of course FUN!

The camp will be run by the Towson High coaching staff in addition to some recent Towson High volleyball alumni. Campers are encouraged to bring a water bottle and knee pads, daily.

Staff:
Emily Berman is currently the Head Varsity Volleyball Coach at Towson High School where she has been coaching for 4 years. Her teams have captured the Baltimore County Championship, the 3A North Regional Championship, and were 3A State Champions in 2010. She attended Towson High School and went on to play volleyball at UMBC.

Janet Kines is currently the Head JV Coach at Towson High School where she has been coaching for 13 years. In addition, she has been a Volleyball Club Administrator for 15 years. She is a graduate of Towson High School and went on to play volleyball and lacrosse at Towson University.
