STARTING UP AGAIN THIS SPRING!

INTRODUCTORY VOLLEYBALL PROGRAM

Who: Girls ages 12, 13, AND 14 (as of January 1, 2012)

When: Friday nights, starting March 23 thru June 15
    
Time: 7:00pm - 9:00pm
   
Location: Dumbarton Middle School Gym - 300 Dumbarton Road

Purpose: Introduce the exciting sport of volleyball in a fun and friendly way

Capacity: Enrollment limited to first 28 girls to sign up

Cost: $35 per participant

Required Gear: Gym shoes, water bottle

Typical Session:

• First Hour: warm-up and drills focusing on the fundamentals of passing, bumping, and serving.
• Second Hour:  Pick-up Games.  Everyone plays!
