Wrestling in high school is tough stuff, but if you’re willing to work hard, we want you as part of the team and therefore we are a no-cut sport. We encourage all interested athletes to join whether you’ve never even seen a wrestling match or you’re the Junior League state champ. Experience helps, but give us time and we’ll make sure that you’ll be competitive at the Varsity and State level at your high school.

Many high school wrestlers in the area have joined the Towson Cadets Mat Club’s (TRC) Spring and Summer training program which has several parts outlined below including; weight training, club wrestling, kettle bell work-outs, and camps. All HS wrestlers are encouraged to join and attend (even if a different program) training sessions, we would like to welcome upcoming freshman to join us as well. High school Wrestling is a winter sport, beginning in mid November but any and all training (including participating in other sports) is strongly encouraged and will pay dividends when the time comes.
