Resources
Volunteers
Every season, we need parents' help to keep our kids on the field! The success of our program relies solely on the time and effort of our volunteers. Volunteers enable us to fund our programs to ensure our youth members have an affordable, enjoyable and safe environment in which to play soccer. We can only continue to be a premier non-profit youth soccer program with your help!
ADMINISTRATIVE: From uniform & equipment distribution to division coordinators to program commissioners, Towson United has many opportunities for which you can volunteer - whether for a couple hours or for the entire season. No soccer experience or knowledge is required! Most tasks can be done at home from a computer! Areas in need include but not limited to Board Member positions, Division Coordinators, Field Crew, social media & website management, and more!
COACHING: Coaches and Assistant Coaches are our most valuable and necessary volunteers! Many parents are nervous about coaching at first. But most find it an enjoyable and rewarding experience as well as a opportunity to spend quality time with their own children. To support our coaches, Towson United's Technical Director offers preseason coach training which focuses on fun, age-appropriate player development strategies.
